Polaris RZR Pro XP 2020+ Radius Rod Plate

The DRT Motorsports Polaris Pro XP Radius Rod Plate is a must for strengthening the rear suspension of your Pro XP. This Pro XP radius rod plate is built with thicker material and tighter tolerances than the factory plate — reducing stress on radius rod bolts, preventing failures, and tightening up the rear suspension.

Pre-drilled license plate holes integrate cleanly with your registration setup. Powder-coated semi-gloss black finish for trail durability.

Note: Designed to be used without the OEM rear exhaust cover. To retain the OEM cover, drilling and tapping the radius rod plate is required — or pair the plate with the DRT Pro XP Aluminum Exhaust Cover instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the radius rod plate do?

It reinforces the rear chassis where the radius rods mount. Thicker material and tighter tolerances reduce flex and stress that can lead to bolt fatigue and failure — a common issue under hard trail abuse.

Will it work with the OEM rear exhaust cover?

The plate is designed to be used without the OEM rear exhaust cover. If you want to keep the OEM cover, the plate will need to be drilled and tapped — or pair it with the DRT Pro XP Aluminum Exhaust Cover instead for a cleaner integrated build.

Will it fit Pro R or Turbo R?

No. This plate is Pro XP-specific. Pro R / Turbo R use the DRT Pro R/Turbo R 3-PC Radius Rod Reinforcement Plate (separate product).

Does it include the license plate mount?

The plate is pre-drilled for license plate hardware — supply your own plate and bolts.

Is drilling required?

No drilling required to install the plate itself. Drilling/tapping is only needed if you want to retain the OEM rear exhaust cover.

How is it different from OEM?

OEM Pro XP radius rod plates use thinner steel and looser tolerances, which under hard trail and desert use leads to bolt fatigue and eventual failure. This DRT plate is heavy-gauge steel with tighter manufacturing tolerances — it stops the failure mode before it starts.
