TPR Billet Fuel Rail
Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, this Pro R billet fuel rail features -8 ORB fittings on both ends and is designed as a direct replacement with no modifications required. The rail can be used with a return-style fuel system or the stock deadhead configuration.
It includes all necessary hardware to utilize your factory fuel line, and the TPR billet fuel filter threads directly into the rail while still maintaining stock fuel line compatibility. ARP stainless bolts are included for secure installation.
TPR Billet Fuel Filter
Polaris Pro R models are known for injector clogging due to the factory setup. From the factory, Polaris uses only a fuel sock on the in-tank pump and relies on the small 20 micron injector inlet screens for filtration. These tiny screens clog easily with even minimal debris.
The TPR dual element fuel filter solves this issue with:
- 100 micron pre-filter
- 20 micron post-filter
- Fully cleanable elements
Despite its compact size, this filter provides over 100 times the surface area of four injector screens, delivering superior protection for your Pro R injectors.
This filter is designed specifically for stock fuel system applications using the TPR billet fuel rail. Stock fuel lines connect directly with no modifications required.
Note: Not recommended for aftermarket fuel systems. A larger external filter should be used for those applications.
