Pro R Turbo Clutch Weights
The Polaris RZR Pro-R Turbo Clutch Weight from ZRP is engineered specifically to handle the increased horsepower and torque demands of turbocharged Pro-R builds. Designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA, these clutch weights deliver smooth drivability, predictable shifting, and reliable belt control under extreme power levels.
With over 20 years of clutch tuning experience, ZRP partnered with K&T Performance to develop what we believe is the best clutch weight available for Pro-R turbo applications. The custom-designed weight profile improves throttle response, maintains consistent shift curves, and keeps the clutch system stable as horsepower increases.
Precision CNC machined from high-strength 17-4 alloy, these clutch weights are available in two base weights (135g and 145g) and allow for up to 9 grams of additional adjustable mass. This flexibility makes them capable of supporting up to 400 horsepower* while maintaining excellent drivability on trail, desert, and race applications.
