The AJK Offroad Angle Gusset / Taco Gusset is the curved 11-gauge weld-on gusset designed specifically to fit around 1.75" OD tubing — adding structural reinforcement at tube junctions where the curved gusset base conforms to the tube surface for a flush, clean weld with maximum contact area. The taco shape distributes reinforcement force around the tube node evenly, making it the preferred gusset for cage tube junctions rather than flat-plate gussets that only contact the tube at two points.
