Polaris Pro R Crankcase Breather Kit
The Polaris Pro R Crankcase Breather Kit from TPR is designed to reduce oil consumption and deliver a cleaner intake charge in high-RPM Pro R engines. The Polaris 4-cylinder Pro R engine operates at sustained high RPM due to its CVT clutch system, which can create excessive crankcase blowby.
The factory closed crankcase system routes oil vapor and contaminants back into the intake plenum. Over time, this can lead to oil buildup inside the intake system and reduced intake air quality. This Pro R crankcase breather kit redirects and manages crankcase vapors, helping minimize oil ingestion while maintaining proper ventilation.
Unlike traditional oil catch cans that retain oil, TPR’s system is designed not to hold oil. It separates and vents crankcase pressure while only collecting water and fuel vapors, which can be drained off as needed.
Three kit options are available to match your build:
- Naturally Aspirated Applications

- Universal Race Kit (raw finish, no hoses or mounting brackets included)
