Threaded Billet Breather Cap for Xpedition & XP 1000

Upgrade your crankcase ventilation system with the Threaded Billet Breather Cap for Polaris Xpedition and XP 1000 (2024 and newer). This precision-machined billet cap allows you to run an AN style breather line directly from your valve cover for improved ventilation and custom routing.

Once tightened, the cap is designed to point toward the upper left corner of the valve cover for proper orientation, as shown in product images. This ensures clean routing and consistent fitment.

Important Fitment Note

This model is threaded and will only fit the new style valve covers found on 2024 and newer Polaris Xpedition and XP 1000 models.

For other RZR models:

• Use TPR002 for all 2-cylinder RZR models up to 2023
• Use TPR002R for Pro R models
