The ZRP Polaris RZR Pro-R Billet Thermostat Housing is a critical reliability upgrade for high-performance Pro R builds. While the Pro-R platform has quickly become one of the most capable and tunable UTVs on the market, the OEM cast thermostat housing with press-fit hose barbs is a known weak point, especially under repeated heat cycles and aggressive driving.
Over time, factory press-fit barbs can loosen, leading to coolant leaks, overheating, and potential engine damage. ZRP engineered a permanent solution using CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum combined with O-ring boss AN-style threaded fittings, completely eliminating the risk of hose barb failure.
This billet thermostat housing not only improves durability but also provides flexibility for custom cooling setups. Whether you’re running a stock cooling system or a fully custom AN-line configuration, the ZRP Pro-R thermostat housing allows you to configure fittings to suit your build.
