The ZRP Can-Am X3 Alternator Rebuild Kit is the complete service solution designed to keep your Zollinger Racing Products (ZRP) X3 Alternator Kit running at peak performance. Built specifically for ZRP alternator systems that use the 3-bolt bearing pack, this update kit includes everything ZRP recommends replacing during routine service intervals.

Alternator systems on high-performance X3s operate in extreme heat, dust, and load conditions—especially on race cars and accessory-heavy builds. To ensure maximum reliability and long service life, ZRP recommends servicing your alternator system every 1,000–3,000 miles, depending on riding conditions, maintenance, and overall use.

This rebuild kit provides a fully assembled, ready-to-install bearing pack with new bearings and seals, a fresh pulley mounted to a new coupling shaft, a new crank bolt, and an updated cover with an integrated bearing. The upgraded components feature upsized bearings and shafts, reducing bearing speeds and dramatically increasing durability compared to earlier designs.

Best of all, the crank bolt and bearing pack can be replaced without removing the alternator cover, minimizing downtime and simplifying service.
