Moto Armor XP 1000 / Turbo S Doors were developed using 3D Scanning, 3D Cad, and CNC Manufacturing all in the USA. Moto Armor doors offer the best in design and function by replacing everything except the stock latches. This allows the hinge point to be moved back for a cleaner look while providing easy entry and exit.

Door skins and frames are .125” thick aluminum which is the thickest in the industry. Mounting and hinge parts are made out of 3/16” thick steel for strength and durability. The hinge bolt is ½” in Diameter and the bearings are oil-impregnated so they don’t need to be oiled and they won’t cease up. Please email or call for raw door availability.
