Important Notes

Installation Overview
- Remove factory bleeder screw and install banjo bolt with washers
- Route bleeder line over valve cover and secure with TPR bolt and zip tie
- Measure 4.5” from thermostat housing and cut radiator return hose
- Install billet hose insert and clamps
Recommended Bleeding Procedure
- Fill coolant reservoir
- Open bleeder until coolant flows
- Top off coolant
- Start engine and reopen bleeder
- Rev to ~2500 RPM until steady coolant stream
- Close bleeder and repeat once thermostat opens
