The SuperATV Can-Am Defender HD9 Depth Finder Snorkel Kit raises the engine air intake by more than 2 feet, helping keep water out when your Defender HD9 charges into deep mud and water. Three risers route between the cab and dump bed, and check valves on the factory vent lines add another layer of protection.

High-pressure 2-inch coil hoses resist punctures and hold an airtight seal, and all brackets, hardware, connectors, bellows and full-color instructions are included. The system works with a rear windshield (not glass) and does not interfere with normal dump-bed use. Order the version for machines with or without OEM HVAC. It is a smart add-on if your HD9 already rides higher on a lift kit or portals.

FAQ

How high does it raise the intake?

SuperATV says the kit raises the engine air intake by over 2 feet.

Will it work with my rear windshield?

Yes, with most rear windshields, but it is not compatible with glass rear windshields.

Can I still dump the bed?

Yes. The system does not interfere with normal dump-bed use.

Which version do I need?

Choose the version that matches whether your Defender HD9 has OEM HVAC.

What does the check valve do?

Check valves on the factory vent lines help keep water from entering through the vents.

Do I need a snorkel if I have portals?

If your HD9 sits higher on portals or a lift, a snorkel lets you use that extra clearance in deeper water.
