The SSV Works Phase-7 V-Spec kit is an 8-speaker Can-Am Defender HD11 audio kit that plugs into the factory BRP touchscreen on 2026 HD11 trims. It pairs six SSV V6 overhead speakers with two SSV V10 10-inch subwoofers and a 1,650W amplifier package, while the touchscreen keeps its Bluetooth, media controls and factory audio functions.

As a Defender HD11 audio kit and Defender HD11 stereo upgrade, this Defender HD11 8-speaker system is the SSV Works Phase-7 V-Spec Defender HD11 touchscreen package: a Can-Am Defender HD11 touchscreen audio kit with Defender HD11 subwoofer bass, built as a Defender HD11 8-speaker overhead system and Defender HD11 dual subwoofer audio system in one 1650 watt Can-Am Defender HD11 audio kit.

Key Features

  • Plugs into the factory BRP touchscreen; no separate head unit needed, and you keep Bluetooth, media controls and factory audio

  • Eight-speaker layout: four front overhead and two rear overhead SSV V6 speakers plus two SSV V10 10-inch subwoofers under the front and rear passenger seats
  • RGB speaker lighting with a knob controller (solid, blend and flash modes) and three 5-amp outputs, one left open for accessories
  • Four rocker switch slots: the controller uses one, leaving three open
  • Plug-&-play wiring with factory mounting; retains the factory mirror and works with the windshield wiper
  • SSV enclosures, SSV speakers and SSV subwoofers carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty; SSV amplifiers carry a Limited 2-Year Warranty

Built To Solve: Weak Factory Audio In The 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11

  • Factory HD11 audio that runs out of volume under engine, wind and tire noise
  • Little usable bass in the cab
  • Aftermarket radios that replace the factory touchscreen experience
  • Piecing together amps and speakers that were never designed for the Defender

Best For: 2026 Defender HD11 Owners Keeping The Factory Touchscreen

  • 2026 HD11 XT, XT CAB, Limited, Lone Star and MAX trims equipped with the BRP touchscreen
  • Owners who want more power without giving up factory Bluetooth and media controls
  • Riders who want the most coverage in SSV's HD11 touchscreen lineup: six overhead V6 speakers and dual subs
  • X MR and other no-touchscreen trims should choose SSV's MRB4 version of this kit

FAQ

Will this kit work if my HD11 has no factory touchscreen?

No. This version uses the factory BRP touchscreen as its source and is not compatible with no-touchscreen HD11 trims such as X MR. Choose SSV's MRB4 version of this kit instead.

Do I keep my touchscreen features?

Yes. SSV Works says the kit retains the touchscreen's Bluetooth, media controls and factory audio.

How much power does the system make?

1,650W total: an 800W 4-channel amplifier for the speakers and an 850W mono amplifier for the subwoofer section.

How do I control the speaker lighting?

A knob controller runs the RGB lighting in solid, blend and flash modes, with no app required. It mounts in one of four rocker switch slots.

How is Phase-7 different from Phase-5 and Phase-4?

Phase-7 adds a second V10 subwoofer to the Phase-5 layout. Phase-4 drops the rear overhead speakers and uses one subwoofer.

What does the warranty cover?

SSV enclosures, SSV speakers and SSV subwoofers carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty; SSV amplifiers carry a Limited 2-Year Warranty.
