The older RZR platform is still out riding, and the aftermarket has largely moved on to the newer cars. This UTV Zilla full glass windshield still covers the 570, 800 and XP 900 cage, closing the front of the cockpit in DOT-stamped automotive laminated safety glass on a powder-coated .125" aluminum frame. A hand wiper is included.
The frame is CNC cut and formed from a 3D CAD model and fastened with black stainless bolts and washers that will not rust-streak the glass.

Fitment
Fits three machines across different year ranges:
- 2009-2018 Polaris RZR 570
- 2008-2014 Polaris RZR 800, all models
- 2011-2014 Polaris RZR XP 900
Does not fit 2015 and newer RZR 900, 1000 or Turbo models. Those machines use a different cage and take a different UTV Zilla windshield. Glass windshields can also interfere with aftermarket roofs, stereo and sound-bar mounts, mirrors with thick clamps, and cab enclosures. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed above.

FAQ
Will this fit my 2016 RZR 900?
No. UTV Zilla states specifically that it does not fit 2015 and newer RZR 900, 1000 or Turbo models. Those use a different cage. The RZR 900, 1000 and Turbo glass windshield is the correct part for those machines.
Does this windshield have vents?
No. UTV Zilla lists no vent on this model, unlike several of their newer glass windshields. It is a full, sealed windshield. If you want airflow, the half windshield for the same machines is the alternative.
My RZR is an XP 900 from 2013 but it has a four-seat cage. Will it fit?
UTV Zilla lists 2011-2014 RZR XP 900 models without distinguishing seat count, and the RZR 800 line is listed as all models. If your cage has been modified or replaced, check with us before ordering.
Is the glass going to scratch?
Laminated safety glass resists scratching far better than polycarbonate, which is the main reason to choose it, but it is not scratch proof. Sand or grit dragged across the surface by a towel or the wiper blade can still mark it, so rinse before you wipe.
Does the wiper need wiring?
No. The included wiper is manual, so there is nothing electrical to connect. It has its own install guide, linked in the Fitment section above.
If the glass breaks, do I buy a whole new windshield?
No. UTV Zilla sells replacement glass panels for their Polaris glass windshields, so a rock strike means replacing the panel rather than the whole assembly.

Owners closing in an older RZR cockpit often add the matching polycarbonate rear window and spare billet or rubber-coated clamps for mirrors on the same tubes. Keep a replacement glass panel in mind for later, since the panel is serviceable on its own.
