The RPM Powersports 3.8 gallon auxiliary fuel tank mounts behind the seat of the Polaris RZR Pro XP, Pro S and Turbo R to add range without giving up cab space. It is a complete rzr pro xp auxiliary fuel tank kit with a dedicated fuel pump, wiring harness, momentary dash switch and all mounting hardware, for 2-seat and 4-seat models.
The tank is rotomolded from impact-resistant plastic built for off-road abuse and tucks in behind the seat. Fuel transfers to the main tank with a momentary dash switch, so the pump only runs while you hold it and can never be left on by accident, which protects it from cavitation and overheating.
This replaces RPM's earlier 4 gallon Pro XP 2-seat tank and now covers 4-seat models too. Choose the variant for your model year: 2020-2024 or 2025 and newer.
As a Polaris RZR Pro XP gas tank add-on, it extends the RZR Pro XP fuel tank on both the 2-seat and the RZR Pro XP 4 fuel tank setup, and doubles as a RZR Pro S auxiliary fuel tank and RZR Turbo R auxiliary fuel tank. If you are comparing any UTV auxiliary fuel tank or RZR Pro XP extra fuel tank, note that this RPM auxiliary fuel tank ships complete with pump and wiring.

FAQ
How much range does a RZR Pro XP auxiliary fuel tank add?
This tank holds 3.8 gallons of extra fuel. Actual added range depends on your machine, terrain and riding style.
Can the fuel pump be left running by accident?
No. The kit uses a momentary dash switch, so the pump only runs while the switch is held, which protects it from cavitation and overheating.
Does it fit the RZR Pro XP 4 and other 4-seat models?
Yes. RPM lists 2-seat and 4-seat fitment for the Pro XP, Turbo R and Pro S.
Which variant do I need?
Choose 2020-2024 for those model years and 2025+ for 2025 and newer machines.
Is everything needed to install it included?
Yes. The kit includes the fuel pump, wiring harness, switch and all required mounting hardware.
How does this compare to RPM's larger tanks?
This 3.8 gallon tank mounts behind the seat with no cab intrusion. RPM's 8.5 gallon dash tank and 7.5 gallon Pro XP 4 floor tank carry more fuel but mount elsewhere in the cab.
Why RPM Powersports
RPM Powersports designs auxiliary fuel tanks for most major turbo UTV platforms and supplies them as complete kits with pumps, harnesses and hardware rather than tank-only parts.
