In stock

The RPM Powersports chambered exhaust is a full 3" stainless system for the 2026+ CFMoto ZForce Z10 that adds a dyno-tested 15 HP over stock with no tune while staying close to stock volume: 93 dB at 4,000 RPM against the factory 87 dB, per RPM.

This cfmoto z10 exhaust replaces the heavy factory system with a mechanically chambered muffler that uses zero packing. At wide-open throttle the internal chambers fill and overflow into pass-through channels so the turbo flows freely; off throttle, the reduced flow returns through baffle plates for a deep, quiet tone. RPM describes it as a nearly stock-sounding exhaust that still flows enough for bigger tunes and turbo upgrades.

Choose the Standard 3" straight mid pipe or RPM's E-Valve mid pipe. The E-Valve version adds a backlit dash switch that opens a straight-pipe path, 103 dB per RPM, when you want it, then closes back to the chambered tone. RPM rates the 15 HP gain with either mid pipe. The plug-and-play harness and dash switch are included only with the E-Valve option.

Key Features

  • 15 HP over stock (169 HP vs 154 HP) on the stock tune, per RPM's dyno chart

  • Backed by RPM's limited lifetime warranty

Built To Solve: A Restrictive CFMoto Z10 Exhaust Without Going Loud

  • A heavy factory exhaust that restricts flow from the Z10's turbocharged engine
  • Packed mufflers that get louder as the packing burns out
  • Race-loud exhausts that are a problem at trailheads, campgrounds and in neighborhoods
  • Builds planning a bigger tune that need an exhaust with enough CFM

Best For: CFMoto Z10 Owners Who Want Power With Near-Stock Sound

  • Z10 two-seat and Z10-4 owners who want a quiet, deep tone
  • Trail riders and families riding sound-sensitive areas
  • Builds heading toward a bigger tune or turbo upgrade
  • Riders who want a quiet mode and a loud mode, with the E-Valve option
  • Want more volume and 20 HP? The RPM Z10 Dual Sport is louder; the RPM Z10 Race Pipe is the lightest and loudest

Fitment

Fits the 2026+ CFMoto ZForce Z10 two-seat and Z10-4 four-seat, all years, per RPM Powersports. If you run an ECU tune, it must be flashed specifically for this free-flowing exhaust; RPM recommends LaRue Performance and notes generic off-the-shelf tunes may not be compatible. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed here; confirm your model before ordering.

FAQ

Is the RPM chambered exhaust quiet enough for trail riding?

RPM measured 93 dB at 4,000 RPM, compared with 87 dB stock and 103 dB for the RPM Z10 Race Pipe. It is designed to sound close to stock.

Will the chambered muffler get louder over time?

No. It uses internal chambers and baffle plates instead of packing, so there is no packing to blow out.

Does it fit the CFMoto Z10-4?

Yes. RPM lists fitment for the CFMoto Z10 two-seat and four-seat models, all years.

How much horsepower does it add?

RPM's dyno chart shows 169 HP against 154 HP stock on the stock tune, a 15 HP gain with either the Standard or E-Valve mid pipe.

Do I need a tune to install it?

No tune is required. RPM recommends a LaRue Performance tune to optimize air-fuel ratios, and any tune must be flashed specifically for this exhaust.

Chambered or Dual Sport: which RPM Z10 exhaust should I buy?

The chambered system is the quieter choice at 93 dB with 15 HP. The Dual Sport is louder at 97 dB and adds 20 HP. Both weigh 23 lb per RPM.

Why RPM Powersports

RPM Powersports develops and tests its UTV exhaust systems in-house and brought the chambered design from its Can-Am X3 Q-Series and RZR Pro R mufflers to the CFMoto Z10, built from the same 304 stainless used on its highest-horsepower builds.
