These SuperATV Rhino 2.0 long-travel axles are the replacement axles for the HCR Racing Long-Travel Kit for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000. HCR states they are made for this kit and compatible with it only, so they are not a substitute for stock axles on an unmodified Ranger XP 1000. Rhino 2.0 axles are built to the kit's lengths from end-to-end 4340 chromoly steel, with oversized CV joints made to run at extreme angles.

If an axle breaks on your HCR-equipped Ranger XP 1000, this is the direct replacement for the RAN-05421 kit. Choose Front or Rear. Each axle is sold individually.

Key Features

  • End-to-end 4340 chromoly steel construction
  • Larger-diameter shaft and oversized CV joints for high articulation angles and lower heat
  • Lengths matched to the HCR RAN-05421 long-travel kit
  • Fits standard and Crew Ranger XP 1000 models
  • Lab- and field-tested by SuperATV
  • 18-month warranty

FAQ

Why do I need special axles for the HCR long-travel kit on my Ranger XP 1000?

The HCR kit changes the Ranger XP 1000's suspension geometry and travel, so the axles have to match the kit. HCR specifies these Rhino 2.0 axles, built to the kit's lengths, for that setup.

What makes Rhino 2.0 axles stronger?

They use end-to-end 4340 chromoly steel, a larger-diameter shaft and oversized CV joints made to work at extreme angles and run cooler.

Do these fit a Ranger XP 1000 Crew?

Yes. HCR lists both standard and Crew versions of the 2021+ Ranger XP 1000, plus the High Lifter and High Lifter Crew from 2019, with the HCR RAN-05421 long-travel kit installed.

Do these fit a machine without the HCR kit?

No. HCR states these axles are compatible with its RAN-05421 kit only. A stock-suspension Ranger XP 1000 needs standard-length axles.

Are the axles sold individually?

Yes. Each order is one Rhino 2.0 axle. Choose Front or Rear.

How do these compare to stock axles?

Stock axles are made for stock suspension. These Rhino 2.0 axles are built to the HCR kit's lengths, use chromoly steel throughout and carry an 18-month warranty.

Why SuperATV

SuperATV designs and tests Rhino 2.0 axles in house, in the lab and on the trail, and HCR Racing specifies them for its suspension kits. Every Rhino 2.0 axle is backed by an 18-month warranty.

Finish Your HCR Long-Travel Ranger XP 1000 Build

Order the front axle, the rear axle or both to match the corners you are servicing, and confirm your Ranger XP 1000 is running the HCR RAN-05421 kit before you buy. While the suspension is apart, check the HCR kit's ball joints, tie rods and bushings so a worn part does not load your new Rhino 2.0 axles.
