Upgrade the lower front suspension of your Polaris PRO R or Turbo R with the Lone Star Racing Lower A-Arm Gusset Kit. Engineered for high-performance off-road abuse, this gusset kit adds critical reinforcement to the OEM lower A-arms by strengthening high-stress zones using premium 4130 chromoly gussets.

Additionally, this kit eliminates the factory ball joints, replacing them with a robust 7/8" uniball setup that significantly enhances durability and suspension articulation under load.

Installation Options:

1. Send In Your Arms: Ship us your OEM lower A-arms and we'll reinforce them with the gusset kit and install the uniball conversion.
2. Purchase with Stock Arms: We provide brand-new OEM Polaris lower A-arms pre-installed with our gusset kit and uniball hardware. (Pivot and shock hardware must be transferred from your stock arms.)

Note: If any OEM hardware is damaged during removal, replacement hardware will be required (available for purchase separately).
