The gap plate is optional. It fills the space above the windshield between the cage and the factory plastic roof - fit it if you run that roof, leave it off if you do not.
Trim levels are not broken out. UTV Zilla publishes "Honda Talon" covering 2019-2026 without naming the 1000R, 1000X or the four-seat versions separately. We have recorded all four so owners can find the page by machine, but if you want it confirmed for your exact Talon, email sales@dunes2dezertsxs.com first.

Glass is scratch resistant, not scratch proof. UTV Zilla is explicit: sand, grit and small rocks rubbed across the surface will mark it, and so will a towel, a wiper or a squeegee dragged over trapped dust.
UTV Zilla states this may not clear aftermarket roofs, stereos, mirrors with thick clamps or cab enclosures.
Returns carry a restocking fee and return shipping. Anything installed, or with the protective film removed, cannot be returned.
Warranty claims need photos emailed within 5 business days of delivery, and UTV Zilla excludes damage caused by interference from other aftermarket parts.

What is the gap plate for?
The factory plastic roof on a Talon sits above the cage and leaves a gap over the top of the windshield. The plate closes that gap. It is optional - fit it if you run the factory roof, leave it in the box if you do not.
Will it work with my SSV Works stereo?
No. UTV Zilla states it does not fit with the SSV Works dash stereo. That is a hard exclusion, not a maybe.
Does it fit the 1000X and the four-seat Talons?

Very scratch resistant but not scratch proof - UTV Zilla's own words. Grit under a towel, squeegee or the wiper will mark it, so rinse the dust off first.
