They are CNC laser cut and bent from 10-gauge steel and finished in a mild-texture black powder coat, and they install with AJK's LinQ nuts, which sandwich the plastic bed between the rail and nut. They fit 2-seat and 4-seat models, and all hardware is included. AJK Offroad notes that with the added weight, the bed gas shock may not perform to factory specs, so use caution with the bed dumped.
