🔄 Post-Flash Startup Instructions:
Note: These steps override standard service manual procedures.
- Rotate engine by hand 10 times clockwise from rear.
- Verify cam timing.
- Check oil and coolant levels.
- Start engine, hold >2000 RPM until reaching 170°F.
- Gradually drop RPM by 50 every 30s until idle becomes unstable.
- Hold at unstable RPM until it stabilizes; repeat as needed.
- Once idle is stable at 1450 RPM, let it run 10–15 minutes.
- Machine is now ready for riding.
- May need slight throttle to start due to high-duration cams—this is normal.
