Stage 3 FI Cam – Big Boost (20+ PSI):

• Duration @ .050: 240°/234°
• Lift: .450"/.436" (11.43/11.07mm)
• Requires BC springs, CNC head, aftermarket pistons
• Use BC valve seals and upgraded guides to avoid damage

Performance Specs:

• Stock HP: 230–235
• With Cam + BMP Tune + Exhaust: 270–300 HP

Startup Procedure After ECU Flash:

1. Rotate engine 10 full revolutions clockwise by hand
2. Confirm cam timing is correct
3. Ensure proper coolant and oil levels
4. Start engine and hold above 2000 RPM until 170°F
5. Gradually lower RPM in 50 RPM intervals every 30 sec
6. Let idle at 1450 RPM for 10–15 min once stable
7. You're ready to ride!
