The 2024+ Polaris Xpedition rides tall and gets top-heavy when it is loaded with overland gear, which makes off-camber trails and side hills feel sketchy, and this SuperATV 4" Long Travel Kit fixes it by widening the suspension 8" overall for real stability and room to run up to 33" tires. The kit brings the machine to 72" overall width, replacing your front and rear A-arms with oversized DOM steel arms and adding billet aluminum hex tie rods and Rhino 2.0 axles so the whole corner is built to take a beating.

You get everything needed to widen the stance and clear bigger rubber in one package, from preinstalled UHMW bushings to extended front brake lines and all hardware.

FAQ

What does this long travel kit do for a Polaris Xpedition?

It widens your suspension 4" per side for an 8" wider, 72" overall stance. That added width controls body roll on off-camber and uneven terrain, so a loaded Xpedition feels far more stable and confident.

How big of a tire can I run with the 4" long travel kit?

You can run up to a 33" tire with the kit alone. Pairing it with 4" GDP Portals allows up to 38", and 6" GDP Portals allows up to 39". At least a 1" wheel spacer is required if you keep stock wheels.

Will this kit fit my specific Xpedition submodel?

It fits 2024+ Xpedition ADV, ADV 5, XP, and XP 5 in NorthStar, Premium, and Ultimate trims. Fitment depends on your exact submodel, so always confirm the fitment list before ordering.

What is included in the kit?

Front and rear high-clearance A-arms, a billet aluminum hex tie rod kit, Rhino 2.0 axles, extended front brake lines, preinstalled UHMW bushings and sleeves, tender springs on specific models, and all hardware.

How hard is it to install?

This is a full suspension upgrade best suited to experienced DIY installers or a professional shop. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included to guide the build.

Is the kit covered by a warranty?

Yes. The A-arms and billet tie rods carry a lifetime warranty, and the included Rhino 2.0 axles carry an 18-month warranty.

Why SuperATV

SuperATV engineers and tests its suspension components for real adventure abuse, using oversized DOM steel A-arms, billet aluminum tie rods, and Rhino 2.0 axles that are field and lab tested. That focus on strength and articulation is why this long travel kit is backed by lifetime coverage on its core components.

Complete Your Xpedition Long Travel Setup

Once your 4" long travel kit is on, verify your exact submodel and finalize the build: add at least a 1" wheel spacer if you are keeping stock wheels, choose a 33" tire and wheel package for the new width, and consider GDP Portals if you want to step up to 38" or 39" tires. Confirm your fitment, then pair the kit with matching axles and spacers to complete the upgrade.
