Need Preinstalled Ball Joints?

In stock

These Polaris Xpedition 1" forward offset A-arms fix the wimpy stock lower control arms and fixed factory camber that hold your build back when you run bigger tires or push hard terrain. The OEM Xpedition arms have no adjustable camber and undersized lower arms. SuperATV's Atlas Pro 1" forward offset A-arms swap in bigger 1.5" tubing, adjustable pivot blocks, and a 1" forward offset that adds stability and makes room for 33" tires without a lift.

Built from 1.5" x .138" wall steel DOM tubing with high-clearance bends for 1.5 inches of extra clearance, this four-arm kit ships with all required hardware and optional pre-installed heavy-duty or Super Duty 300M ball joints.

FAQ

Will these A-arms fit my Polaris Xpedition XP 5 or ADV 5?

Yes. They fit 2024+ Polaris Xpedition XP, XP 5, ADV, and ADV 5 models in NorthStar, Premium, and Ultimate trims. Confirm your year and trim before ordering.

Can I run 33" tires with these A-arms?

Yes. The 1" forward offset makes room for up to 33" tires without a lift. With GDP portal gear lifts you can run larger sizes, up to 39" with 8" portals.

Do I need to buy ball joints?

You can reuse your stock ball joints, or add pre-installed Heavy-Duty 4340 or Super Duty 300M ball joints at checkout. If you do not select a pre-installed option, you must re-use your stock ball joints.

What does the 1" forward offset actually do?

The offset spreads your center of gravity over a wider area for more stability and provides the extra room needed to clear 33" tires without a lift.

Are these stronger than the stock control arms?

Yes. They use 1.5" x .138" wall DOM tubing, which is 0.25" larger than stock on both upper and lower arms, for a major gain in strength and impact resistance.

What is the difference between the Heavy-Duty and Super Duty 300M ball joints?

The Heavy-Duty 4340 VAR ball joints handle about double the pressure of an OEM ball joint, while the Super Duty 300M ball joints use 300M-grade steel and are about 2.25x stronger than stock.
