Can-Am X3 Front Double Shear Knuckles
The 7075 X3 Front Double Shear Capped Knuckle Set is the strongest front knuckle upgrade available for the Can-Am Maverick X3. Designed, tested, and race-proven by ZRP, this kit eliminates the factory weak points that cause OEM knuckles to bend, crack, or fail under aggressive riding and racing conditions.
CNC-machined from USA-made 7075 billet aluminum, these front knuckles are over 5X stronger than stock, with lab-tested strength ratings of 86,000 lbs, compared to approximately 17,000 lbs for OEM knuckles.
The double shear capped design adds critical reinforcement against rock strikes and hard landings while dramatically increasing press-out resistance and structural rigidity.

⚠️ Fitment & Installation Notes (READ BEFORE INSTALL)
- Requires 7/8” uniball or rod end
- Will NOT work with standard ball joint A-arms
- Torque ARP bolts to 53 ft-lbs
- Minimum: 48 ft-lbs
- Maximum: 60 ft-lbs
- Axles must be torqued to at least 180 ft-lbs
- Applies to all axle and hub brands
