SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles are heavy-duty front and rear replacements built specifically for the 2016 Polaris Ranger XP 900 High Lifter Edition. Heat-treated 4340 chromoly, oversized shafts and CV joints, and 40°+ CV operating angles make them much stronger than stock for a machine that gets ridden hard.

The High Lifter Edition uses different axles from the standard Ranger XP 900, and SuperATV builds this Rhino 2.0 to match. Oversized axle shafts and CV joints boost strength over OEM and run cool at speed, so riding with a lead foot does not end in a snapped shaft. Choose Front or Rear; each axle is sold individually.

These Ranger XP 900 High Lifter axles are not the same as standard Ranger 900 axles. SuperATV offers a Ranger XP 900 High Lifter front axle and a Ranger XP 900 High Lifter rear axle, so owners looking for Ranger 900 High Lifter Edition axles or Polaris Ranger High Lifter axles get the High Lifter-specific part. Each High Lifter Ranger CV axle is a heavy duty Ranger XP 900 High Lifter axle made of 4340 steel; these Rhino 2.0 High Lifter axles are chromoly Ranger High Lifter axles end to end.

FAQ

Why do High Lifter Ranger axles break?

Hard riding overloads the stock axles. Rhino 2.0 axles use heat-treated 4340 chromoly with oversized shafts and CV joints, and SuperATV rates them much stronger than stock.

Can I ride hard with these?

SuperATV built them to run 40°+ CV angles and to stay cool at high speed, with an 18-month warranty behind them.

Will a standard Ranger XP 900 axle fit my High Lifter?

No. SuperATV lists the High Lifter Edition separately, and its regular XP 900 axle is listed as not fitting the 2016 High Lifter.

Which OE axles does this replace?

Front 1333565 and rear 1333789 or 1333589.

Are install instructions included?

SuperATV's product page does not include an instruction sheet for this axle. Confirm your OE part number before removing the old one.

How does this compare to an OEM High Lifter axle?

It is chromoly end to end with a larger shaft and CVs, and it carries an 18-month warranty.

Why SuperATV

SuperATV designs, engineers, manufactures and tests its Rhino 2.0 axles in-house, using CAD analysis, lab testing and real-world trail testing before release. Every Rhino 2.0 axle is backed by SuperATV's 18-month warranty, longer than the one-year norm SuperATV cites for the industry.

Keep Your Ranger XP 900 High Lifter Moving

Order the front or rear High Lifter axle that matches the one you are replacing, and check the OE number against the list above. While the hub is apart, look at the ball joints and wheel bearings; hard riding wears them along with the axles.
