An open cage on the Wildcat XX means sun on your head all day and no cover when the weather turns. This UTV Zilla roof is cut from .090" aluminum, CNC machined from a 3D CAD model and powder coated, and it bolts to the roll cage at ten points with rubber-coated clamps so it will not drum or shift on rough ground.
The profile is kept deliberately low, which keeps overall machine height down for low branches and for loading into a trailer.
Key Features
- .090" thick aluminum with a tough powder-coat finish
- 3D CAD designed and CNC machined for a precision fit
- Low-profile design keeps overall height down for branches and trailer openings
- Ten mounting points attach the roof to the roll cage
- Rubber-coated clamps grip the cage tubes
- Black stainless steel bolts and washers that will not rust
- Made in the USA
Built To Solve: Sun, Rain And Branch Strikes In An Open Wildcat XX Cage
- A bare cage gives no shade on long desert days and no cover in rain
- Tall aftermarket roofs add height that catches low branches and can foul trailer openings
- Plastic roofs flex and drum at speed; .090" aluminum stays rigid
- Roofs that mount at too few points work loose and rattle over washboard
- Bare clamps mar cage powder coat; rubber-coated clamps do not
Best For: Wildcat XX Owners Who Want Shade Without Added Height
- Desert and dune riders wanting all-day sun cover
- Trail riders in tree cover who cannot afford extra roof height
- Owners who trailer the machine and need to clear the door opening
- Tracker XTR 1000 owners, which UTV Zilla lists as sharing this fitment
- Consider instead: the Wildcat XX hard plastic roof if you want the lowest cost, or the tinted polycarbonate roof if you want light through the roof rather than solid cover

Fitment
UTV Zilla lists this roof for the Arctic Cat Wildcat XX 2018-2020, and the Tracker XTR 1000.
Note that UTV Zilla's own Wildcat XX windshield page states a wider 2018-onward range for the same machine, so if your XX is a 2021 or later, confirm with us before ordering rather than assuming either range is the whole story. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed above.

FAQ
Will this roof stop a UTV Zilla glass windshield from fitting?
No. The UTV Zilla Wildcat XX glass windshield will not clear a roof that hangs over the front cage tube, and this roof is built around the same cage without that overhang. Arctic Cat's own brand roofs are the ones that cause the conflict.
How much height does it add?
UTV Zilla does not publish a height figure, so we will not quote one. The design intent they do state is a low profile specifically to clear low branches and trailer openings, rather than a raised or domed roof.
Does it rattle on rough ground?
It mounts at ten points with rubber-coated clamps on the cage tubes, which is what keeps a roof from working loose and drumming. Re-check the hardware after your first few rides, as you would with any bolt-on roof.
Does it fit a 2021 or newer Wildcat XX?
UTV Zilla lists 2018-2020 on this roof. Their windshield for the same machine is listed 2018 and newer. Because those two statements disagree, check with us before ordering for a 2021 or later machine rather than relying on either listing.
Is it aluminum or plastic?
Aluminum, .090" thick, powder coated. UTV Zilla also makes a hard plastic Wildcat XX roof and a tinted polycarbonate one; this is the aluminum version and it is the most rigid of the three.
Does it come in other colours?
UTV Zilla sells this Wildcat XX aluminum roof in black only. If you want light coming through rather than solid cover, the tinted polycarbonate Wildcat XX roof is the alternative.
Why UTV Zilla
UTV Zilla builds its roofs from CNC-machined aluminum on 3D CAD patterns, with rubber-coated cage clamps and black stainless hardware that will not rust-streak the panel, made in the USA. It is the line to buy when you want a rigid aluminum roof without stepping up to the premium tier.
Finish Your Wildcat XX Cab
Confirm your XX year against the note above before ordering, and check your cage tube diameter against the supplied rubber-coated clamps if your cage has been replaced. Owners closing in the cockpit usually add the Wildcat XX vented glass windshield, which is designed around the same cage as this roof, and the tinted rear window to cut the dust that comes in from behind. Spare rubber-coated clamps are available separately if you are also mounting mirrors or lights to the same tubes.
