The Wildcat Trail and Sport 700 leave the factory with a bare cage, which means sun all day and no cover when the weather turns. This UTV Zilla roof is cut from .090" aluminum, CNC machined from a 3D CAD model and powder coated black, and it clamps to the roll cage at ten points with rubber-coated clamps so it stays put and does not mar the cage tubes.
The profile is kept deliberately low, which matters more on the narrow Trail and Sport chassis than on a full-size car: it keeps overall height down for low branches and for loading into a trailer.
Key Features
- .090" thick aluminum with a tough powder-coat finish
- 3D CAD designed and CNC machined for a precision fit
- Low-profile design keeps overall height down for branches and trailer openings
- Ten mounting points attach the roof to the roll cage
- Rubber-coated clamps grip the cage tubes without marring them
- Black stainless steel bolts and washers that will not rust
- Designed and made in the USA
Built To Solve: Sun, Rain And Branch Strikes On An Open Wildcat Trail Cage
- A bare cage gives no shade on long days and no cover in rain
- The Trail and Sport are narrow trail machines, so added roof height costs branch clearance where it is needed most
- Plastic roofs flex and drum at speed; .090" aluminum stays rigid
- Roofs that mount at too few points work loose and rattle over washboard
- Bare metal clamps scar cage powder coat; rubber-coated clamps do not
Best For: Wildcat Trail And Sport 700 Owners Riding Tree Cover And Tight Trail
- Trail riders in tree cover who cannot spare any extra roof height
- Riders wanting all-day shade on a narrow machine
- Owners who trailer the machine and need to clear the door opening
- Anyone replacing a flexing plastic roof with something rigid
- Consider instead: the Wildcat Trail/Sport hard plastic roof if cost matters more than rigidity. It mounts to the same cage

Fitment
- Arctic Cat Wildcat 700 Trail
- Arctic Cat Wildcat 700 Sport
UTV Zilla states the fitment by machine without a year range, so we are not quoting one. If you want certainty for a particular year, ask us before ordering and we will check rather than guess. This roof is built for the Trail and Sport 700 cage and is a different part from the Wildcat XX roof. Fitment is not guaranteed on applications not listed above.

FAQ
Will this fit a Wildcat XX?
No. The Wildcat XX uses a different cage and takes the separate UTV Zilla Wildcat XX roof. This one is cut for the Trail and Sport 700.
Which years does it fit?
UTV Zilla lists the Wildcat 700 Trail and Wildcat 700 Sport without specifying years, so we will not invent a range. Contact us with your year and we will confirm with the manufacturer.
How much height does it add?
UTV Zilla does not publish a height figure, so we will not quote one. What they do state is a deliberately low profile, specifically to clear low branches and trailer openings rather than a raised or domed design.
Does it rattle on rough ground?
It mounts at ten points with rubber-coated clamps on the cage tubes, which is what keeps a roof from working loose and drumming. Re-check the hardware after your first few rides, as with any bolt-on roof.
Will it scratch my cage?
The clamps are rubber coated for exactly that reason. Bare metal clamps are what wear through cage powder coat and start rust.
Is it aluminum or plastic?
Aluminum, .090" thick, powder coated black. UTV Zilla also makes a hard plastic Wildcat Trail/Sport roof for the same cage if you want the lower-cost option.
Why UTV Zilla
UTV Zilla builds its roofs from CNC-machined aluminum on 3D CAD patterns, with rubber-coated cage clamps and black stainless hardware that will not rust-streak the panel, designed and made in the USA. It is also one of the few lines still covering the Wildcat Trail and Sport 700.
Finish Your Wildcat Trail Cab
Check your cage tube diameter against the supplied rubber-coated clamps before ordering, especially if the cage has been replaced. Owners closing in the Trail or Sport cockpit usually add the UTV Zilla Wildcat Trail/Sport half windshield for front coverage with airflow, and the rear windshield to cut the dust that comes in from behind. Spare rubber-coated clamps are available separately if you are mounting mirrors or lights to the same tubes.
