The SSV Works X3-DMR4 is a second-generation dash kit for mounting an aftermarket multimedia receiver in a Can-Am Maverick X3 without the BRP touchscreen. It is custom-molded and textured to match the factory dash and includes the mounting hardware for both the radio and the dash kit. It is a mounting kit only; the radio is sold separately.
It fits a range of marine and powersports receivers from JL Audio, Hertz, JVC, Kenwood and RF, using an included adaptor for smaller radios, so it works as a Can-Am X3 radio mount for the receivers listed below.
Whether you call it a Maverick X3 radio mount, a Maverick X3 dash kit or an X3 media receiver mount, it gives a non-touchscreen dash a proper home for a radio and is the starting point for Can-Am X3 stereo and Can-Am X3 audio builds. As an X3 stereo mount it also suits a JVC MR3 dash kit setup using the included adaptor. Like any UTV radio mount, this SSV Works dash kit holds the radio; it does not power it.

Its compatibility chart covers 2017-2025 2-seat and 4-seat X3 models, including X3 900 HO, Turbo, Turbo R, ds, rs, X ds, X mr, X rc and X rs versions. If you have a 2026 X3, contact us to confirm before ordering.
Not for X3s with the BRP touchscreen. Fitment is not guaranteed on unlisted applications.

Does this kit include a radio?
No. It is a mounting kit only. You supply a compatible multimedia receiver.
Which radios fit?
SSV Works lists the JL Audio MM105, MM50 and MMR40 and the Hertz HMR20 and HMR50 without the adaptor, and the JVC MR1 and MR3, Kenwood KMR-XMM500 and KMR-XM300BT, and RF PMX-3 and PMX-1 with the included adaptor. The JL Audio MM50/MMR40 and Hertz HMR50 fit with new holes drilled. SSV Works says more models may fit; check the mounting measurements.

Is drilling required?
