A half windshield takes the rocks and roost off your chest and leaves the airflow alone, which is why a lot of desert guys never go back to a full one.
UV-stabilised polycarbonate - Makrolon or Lexan - 3D CAD designed for the stock cage and CNC cut so the edges are smooth in your hands.
A large top flange and side flanges stiffen the panel and throw air up and out rather than straight into your face.
Tool-less quick straps with metal loops, and a rubber bottom seal that protects the plastics and kills rattle.
Three options: plain polycarbonate, tinted, or hard coated for scratch resistance.

Built To Solve
- Roost and rocks off the chest without sealing the cab up
- Full windshields trapping heat on summer rides
- Wanting a windshield at the lowest possible price
Best For
RZR 900, 1000 and Turbo owners who ride hot and dusty and want protection without losing airflow. Hard coated if it is staying on the machine, tinted if sun in the eyes is the real problem.
Moto Armor makes a DOT glass half windshield for the same machines. It costs more and it will not haze - the one to look at if you want a half windshield that still looks new in a few years.

UTV Zilla does not publish a thickness for this panel, so we are not quoting one.
Trim can be difficult to install, especially in the cold.
It may not clear aftermarket roofs, windshields, rear windows, cab enclosures, stereos or mirrors.

FAQ
Half or full?
Half if you ride hot, want airflow, and mostly want roost off your chest. Full if you want dust and rain kept out of the cab. A half windshield will not keep you dry.
What is the difference between tinted and hard coated?
Tint is about sun. Hard coat is about scratches. The tinted option is not hard coated and the hard-coated option is not tinted, so pick the problem you actually have.
Does it fit a Turbo?
Yes - UTV Zilla lists the 2016-2018 RZR Turbo for this half windshield.
How thick is it?
UTV Zilla does not publish a thickness for this one. We would rather tell you that than invent a number. Ask us and we will get it.
Will it rattle?
There is a rubber bottom seal specifically to stop that, and the flanges stiffen the panel. Straps snug and sealed, it should be quiet.
Can I take it off for a ride?
Yes, that is the point of the quick straps - tool-less, off in under a minute.
Why UTV Zilla
UTV Zilla gives you three real choices on the same panel at prices well under glass, uses name-brand sheet, and seals the bottom edge so it does not chew up your dash plastics.
