The hard coated option is the same price as the uncoated one. That is UTV Zilla's own pricing, not a typo on our end. If you are choosing between Regular and Hard Coated at $50, take the Hard Coated.
UTV Zilla's fitment says "800, 900" and the title says XP 900. Their published range is 2008-2014 RZR 800 and 900 in both seat counts, plus every RZR 570. If you have a 900 that is not an XP 900, email sales@dunes2dezertsxs.com with your year and we will confirm with them before you order.
This shares an install sheet with their 2019+ RZR half windshield. UTV Zilla publishes the same PDF for both, so the procedure is the same - straps around the cage, no drilling.
Polycarbonate, honestly.
- Polycarbonate can and will scratch.
- Hard coated polycarbonate can still scratch but is much harder to do so.
- Trim can be difficult to install, especially in the cold.
- May not fit alongside other aftermarket roofs, windshields, rear windows, cab enclosures, stereos or mirrors.

Which option should I buy?
Hard Coated. UTV Zilla prices it at $50, the same as the Regular uncoated panel, and it resists scratching far better. The only reason to pick another option is if you specifically want the Tinted shade at $75, which is not hard coated.
Does it fit a 4-seat RZR 800?
Yes. UTV Zilla publishes 2008-2014 RZR 800 and 900 in both 2 and 4 seat models. The front cab is the same panel either way.
Do I need tools to fit it?
No. It mounts with quick straps that loop around the cage - metal loops, not plastic. Two minutes on, two minutes off, nothing to drill and no conduit clamps.
Will it scratch?
Polycarbonate can and will scratch. Hard coated polycarbonate still can, but it is much harder to do. Rinse grit off before you wipe it and never use a dry rag.
Will it clear my roof or stereo?
