The Can-Am Maverick R Trailing Arm Gusset Kit is designed to eliminate one of the most common weak points in the Maverick R suspension system—the factory trailing arms. Aggressive riding, racing, and high-speed impacts can cause flex, cracking, or failure in OEM arms. This gusset kit provides a complete structural reinforcement solution to keep your suspension intact under extreme abuse.

Constructed from high-strength 4130 chromoly steel, this kit features a full wrap-around gusset design that reinforces all critical stress areas of the trailing arm. Unlike partial reinforcement kits, this is the most complete trailing arm gusset kit available, offering protection from every angle.

A full bottom bash plate is integrated into the design, shielding the trailing arm from rocks, ledges, and trail debris. Strategically placed plug weld holes ensure maximum weld penetration and superior strength once installed.

Additional features include integrated zip-tie brake line hold-downs, keeping brake lines secure and properly routed even during extreme suspension movement.
