The AJK Offroad Polaris Xpedition exhaust cover replaces the cheap plastic cover and makes the rear of your Xpedition look great using the factory holes, so no drilling is required. The frame is CNC laser cut and bent from 16-gauge steel, powder coated black, with hexagon vents in factory Polaris colors or raw steel to paint.
All hardware and aluminum body washers are supplied. If you have the factory Polaris tube bumper, shim the top of the bumper out to fit the cover.
