The Polaris RZR XP1000/Turbo HD Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kit from DRT Motorsports is designed to strengthen and add reliability to the XP platform's potent powerplant. Engineered for the 2019+ XP1000/4 and 2017+ XP Turbo/4 (64") with the M16 steering rack, this kit replaces OEM tie rod ends with race-grade billet aluminum links that hold up to the punishment serious riders put their machines through.
Made from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet bar stock, the DRT tie rod kit is much stronger than OEM, lighter without sacrificing strength, and clears all components through the entire range of motion — even at full droop or compression, no contact with suspension or steering components anywhere in the steering range. Works in conjunction with the OEM M16 steering rack. 3-piece PTFE-lined 5/8" chromoly rod ends plus DRT's proprietary inner ball joint seal the OEM bellow, protecting the steering rack from water, dirt, and sand intrusion. DRT-spec stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware provide the clamping force you need to stay on the trail. Finished in mil-spec anodized black with laser-engraved DRT branding.
