1K / Turbo / RS1 Direct Bolt Radius Rods (2014–2023)
Upgrade strength, clearance, and reliability with the 1K / Turbo / RS1 Direct Bolt Radius Rods, designed specifically for 2014–2023 Polaris 1K, Turbo, and RS1 models. These direct bolt radius rods are a true bolt-on solution, delivering improved durability without the need for adjustment or complicated installation.
Built from 6061 aluminum and made in the USA, these 1K radius rods are engineered to handle aggressive riding conditions while maintaining precise suspension geometry. The high-clearance lower radius rods provide increased ground clearance, helping prevent hang-ups on rocks, ruts, and trail obstacles. Whether you’re trail riding, desert running, or pushing your machine hard, these Turbo radius rods are built to perform.
The RS1 direct bolt radius rods install using factory mounting locations and include all required spacers, making installation straightforward and hassle-free. No cutting, welding, or fabrication is required. Once installed, these Polaris 1K radius rods provide consistent suspension performance with added strength over stock components.
These direct bolt radius rods are backed by a lifetime warranty, giving you confidence that your suspension upgrade is built to last. Designed for riders who want simplicity, strength, and reliability, these Polaris Turbo radius rods deliver proven performance without unnecessary adjustment points.
⚠️ Important Fitment Note:
If your machine is equipped with Gen 3 SuperATV portals, you must purchase upper adjustable radius rods (1 Heim or 2 Heim). Adjustable uppers are required to allow sufficient suspension travel and prevent damage to the portal bracket ear.
