Designed to balance stealthy sound with big power potential, this mechanically baffled system delivers 10 HP gains (when paired with an RPM 3" mid pipe) while maintaining a nearly stock sound at idle and cruise.
Unlike traditional mufflers that use packing, the Q-Series features internally welded stainless baffles and chambers that redirect and manage exhaust flow depending on throttle input. Under light load, sound is suppressed through baffled chambers. At wide open throttle (WOT), the system redirects high flow through pass-through channels to support big tunes and turbo upgrades—all without restricting velocity or creating drone.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and TIG welded, this muffler is built to endure the harshest off-road environments. It mounts directly to OEM or RPM mid pipes and comes complete with bracketry to reuse your stock tip and spark arrestor.
