The RPM Pro R "Big Core HeadPipe" is the high-flow exhaust upgrade your RZR Pro R demands. Designed for optimal gas flow and performance, this Pro R header pipe replaces the restrictive OEM design with a precision-engineered 304 stainless steel system. While Polaris did a solid job with their stock design, it’s built for mass production—not peak performance.

This RPM Pro R head pipe bolts directly to your stock heat shield and muffler, or any aftermarket muffler that fits OEM geometry. RPM’s design improves exhaust efficiency by enlarging the manifold and primary tubes, integrating a unique 4-2-1 collector that improves flow and increases horsepower potential—no tune required.

The Big Core HeadPipe also improves tire clearance by hugging the frame tighter and reduces heat exposure thanks to a re-routed 3" section. It includes dual O2 bungs—one for the factory sensor and one for data logging—and ships with optional gaskets and Grade 8 mounting hardware.
