RPM Polaris RZR Pro R 3" Sport Muffler with Stainless Tip

The RPM Polaris RZR Pro R 3" Sport Muffler is a full-performance, lightweight exhaust solution designed for 2022–2025 RZR Pro R 2 & 4 seat models. Made from durable 304 stainless steel, this RZR Pro R 3" muffler is catless and internally baffled with a perforated core that produces a deep, aggressive tone without requiring a tune. It balances volume perfectly—louder than stock, but quieter than a full race pipe—making it ideal for trail, dune, or aggressive recreational riding.

This RPM sport muffler saves over 17 pounds compared to the OEM system and includes a beautifully engineered 3" OEM-style stainless tip. The stock muffler bottlenecks down to 2.5", but RPM’s proprietary redesign preserves full 3" flow from muffler core to exit—dramatically improving airflow and exhaust velocity. The included tip perfectly fits the RZR’s factory fascia with a trapezoid shape that looks factory but flows freer.

RPM didn’t stop at airflow—the gasket flange is also upgraded. By replicating the OEM flange and avoiding cone-style flanges, the design ensures even gasket pressure for superior sealing and durability. This is a direct bolt-on muffler that uses all OEM hardware, hangers, and gasket, and requires no tuning—just bolt it on and ride.
