With the factory turbo housing using a 3" flange but reducing exhaust flow to 2.5" at the mid pipe and then to 2" at the muffler, this RPM Big Mouth 3" Titanium Mid Pipe removes the bottleneck completely. The result? Maximum airflow, reduced backpressure, and lower exhaust temps—without the need for tuning.

Designed to be a direct replacement for the stock mid pipe, it fits OEM mufflers and any RPM Maverick R muffler, using a proprietary 3" graphite ball end flange gasket for a leak-proof, high-performance seal.

RPM also includes dual O2 bungs—one for the factory sensor, and one for logging or aftermarket widebands. A low-profile cap is included for those not using the second port, and OEM heat shields remain fully compatible. For even more protection, you can add RPM’s Titanium Heat Blanket (sold separately).
