This heavy-duty Pro R lower ball joint is engineered for riders who don’t have time for suspension failures. Built to Polaris OEM fitment standards but upgraded with premium materials and tighter tolerances, it delivers superior strength, reliability, and long-term performance under extreme abuse.

To eliminate common Pro R ball joint failures, Black Ops Machine uses 4340 chromoly and 300M steel for the housing, support cup, and stud. The dust boot is upgraded to CR/Neoprene, while the 6061-aluminum adjustment plate cap adds durability and precision. For even greater strength, the thread size has been upgraded from 12mm x 1.5 to 16mm x 1.5.
