Once again, SuperATV brings you a product you can’t get anywhere else. SuperATV’s RZR Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris diff on the market. Some of you may be wondering, “why not just reorder the OEM diff?” The answer is simple—we’ve taken Polaris’ already proven design and made it better. And by better, we mean stronger. SuperATV’s Differential is designed to deliver power to your front wheels and lock when you want it to. It has the performance you love on your stock RZR with the strength you expect from SuperATV. You don’t just get replacement internals for your diff—we give you the complete differential all assembled and ready to install. You get a whole new heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, Sprague, armature, and wiring. To take our differential to the next level, we use 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for our Sprague carrier to give maximum strength and durability. That means our differential can endure ride after ride of hard differential lock engagements without failing—which also means you won’t have to worry about getting a replacement anytime soon. We have drastically improved the components prone to failure and wrapped them in a stronger case.
We’ve beefed up our differential case by using helical inserts in the mounting threads. These inserts make it virtually impossible for the mounting bolts to wallow out or pull out over time. We also added additional material to the mounting locations. OEM has feet-like mounting locations, while ours mounts to a single block built into the body of the diff. We also thickened the pinion gear tube to make sure it could stand up to every bump, jar, and torque load. Plus, we make it easy on you. We use a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring. That means you can service your pinion gear without destroying your seal.
Upgrade to our billet aluminum differential case for ultimate strength and performance. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast, plus it looks really stinking good. If you’re a pedal-down, no-holds-barred kind of rider that chews up stock differentials, you need a stronger billet diff.

Warranty & Return
Limited 18-Month Warranty
When filling gear case use only approved gear lube. Failing to properly fill and maintain lube will void this warranty.
SuperATV extends the following limited 18-month warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. SuperATV warrants this product and its parts (excluding bearings, seals, & gaskets).
This warranty is limited to material and/or workmanship defects at the time of shipment from the factory, and in no event shall the seller have any liability for consequential damages of any kind resulting from a breach of this warranty.
This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Procedures for obtaining warranty service:
If it is determined that repairs are required to your Differential, you MUST acquire an RGA number from our customer service team. RGA’s and repair services are ONLY rendered by SuperATV. Any shipping costs incurred after 30 days (starting from the original purchase date) on any Differential returned for repair is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping information, including address and method, will be given to you by our customer service team and/or listed on our website when you create your RGA.
Depending on the outcome of the inspection, you may be required to pay a replacement fee for the broken parts (prices may vary depending on parts that need to be replaced). We do our best to get your issues corrected as soon as possible so you can get back out on the trails.
If you have a product that is outside of warranty coverage or it is determined that the product shows evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from the original design. Customer will be notified and we will repair it for a $250 fee.

Complete the form, ensuring each field is properly filled out. Follow instructions on each page for the warranty or return process. Customer is responsible for shipping item back to SuperATV and is responsible for tracking information. Please keep until a SuperATV team member has contacted you.
